About us

aujp.com.au is a boutique consultancy dedicated to strengthening cultural and business connections between Australia and Japan.

With deep understanding of both markets, we support companies and individuals looking to explore opportunities across borders. Our work focuses on authenticity, trust, and long-term relationships with producers, partners, and clients.

Our services are built around four core pillars:

Meet Naoko

Naoko is the founder of aujp.com.au.

With an international career spanning both countries, Naoko brings a unique combination of cultural understanding, language expertise, and practical business experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Foreign Languages (English) and a Diploma of Marketing. Her academic background laid the foundation for a career focused on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.

Naoko has worked with well-established organizations both in Japan and Australia. Through these roles, she gained valuable experience in global business environments, customer relations, marketing, and corporate operations.

Having lived and worked in both Japan and Australia, Naoko understands the opportunities and challenges that arise when businesses and individuals engage across cultures.

Through aujp.com.au, she now focuses on helping clients confidently navigate the bridge between the two countries — whether sourcing authentic products, facilitating communication, or guiding travel and relocation in Japan.

Naoko’s deep cultural knowledge, language proficiency, and industry expertise allow her to support clients every step of the way — ensuring that connections between Australia and Japan are not only successful, but meaningful.
